1. Take a very active role in finding new power investments with focus on renewable
energy.
2. Negotiate and work closely with potential partners to close the new investments.
3. Help propose for the business development plan annually.
4. Propose to the senior management for the new investments.
5. Firmly carry out the direction set by the senior management of Banpu in order to
achieve the business development target.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The
most important tasks performed on an individual basis without involving
subordinates are:
• Lead
project DD, evaluation, negotiation and establishment of project company.
• Prepare
for and propose to the senior management for new potential investments.
• Monitor
and update the power market with focus on renewable energy.
• Build
relations with entities and establish good image and reputation for Banpu.
Education
l Bachelor and/or master
degree in Engineering and/or business
l MBA as advantage
Experience
l Minimum
of eight years related experience, with at least
five years in Merger & Acquisition/Business Development/Project Development/sales/marketing
position and at least three years with a multinational company
l Negotiation of Joint
venture contract and article of association
l Good understanding of
China power industry and power industry working experience preferred
